I wanted to love this sweater because the fabric feels really nice and the style is beautiful, but it did shrink more than expected after handwashing. I washed it carefully and rolled out the excess water in a towel, but it still ended up fitting smaller than I wanted. I think I should have stayed with my normal size instead of sizing differently, because after washing it felt a bit too shrunken for the fit I was hoping for. It’s still a nice piece, but because of the shrinkage and sizing issue, I’d give it 3 stars.
