I got one as a gift that shrank, even though I followed the instructions prior washing it. “Nothing Alo can do”, because I don’t have the receipt. That is NOT ok, it was NOT supposed to shrink it. A $300 cashmere pants. Used 1 time. And also peeling a bit. I then bought this one to replace the one that fits a 10 year old kid, and Alo managed to send the wrong piece. So if there’s is anyone reading this, please pretend you care and fix this absurd. Thank you.
