- Care Instructions:
- Always roll mat with top side facing out. Wipe top of mat with a microfiber cloth after use. If using solution, apply it to the cloth first; do not apply it directly on the mat. We recommend using a 1:20 solution of oil-free soap or vinegar & warm water. Mat is not machine washable. To protect the top of the mat, try to avoid having lotions or rings on hands or feet before practice. Avoid cubbies or storage areas with sharp edges that can leave a lasting mark.

My favorite mat I’ve ever owned. Great size, stays in place, lays flat, good grip, and doesn’t wear down. It’s on the heavier side so keep that in mind. If you do hot yoga or are a heavy sweater this mat can absorb sweat and get even heavier but if you air it out it dries well with little to no smell.

I've owned an Alo Chakra mat for many years and was so upset to leave it behind at a studio never to be seen again. I love the heavy weight of this mat but wish I had the option to purchase the Chakra mat again for assistance with alignment.
